The Access Tract and the Basement Tract shall provide a nonexclusive right-of- way for ingress, egress, and underground utilities from Pole Line Road to the A. V, V. R. Jensen Property and to the property described in the property description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR A. VERDEAN AND VERNA R, JENSEN FAMILY TRUST, DATED 18 JULY 2002 AND COLIN C. JENSEN AND KAREN JENSEN COLIN JENSEN TRACI" dated 17 December2008, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, hereafter referenced as the "C. C. K. Jensen Property 00873 000411 b. Except for temporary obstructions required for the purposes of maintaining and Improving the Access Tract and the Easement Tract rights-of-way, and installing and maintaining underground utilities therein, the Access Tract and the Easement Tract shall not be obstructed in any muter that would impede free ingress and egress from Pole Line Road to the properties described in the above property descriptions. Maintaining a gate or gates shall not be considered an obstruction; provided, however, that if any gate is maintained within the Access shall rovided to the owners f both lock the A.
