Shadow Dancer Owner Association, Inc., is located at 1195 Trail Ridge Road, (South of Alpine), P.O. Box 3207, Alpine, WY 83128, and is the entity hereby seeking enforcement of Annual Association Dues against Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,12,13, 14,15,16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 of Shadow Dancer Estates Subdivision. 2. Under the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Shadow Dancer Estates and Shadow Dancer Owners Association (The Declaration) recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk August 11, 2004, all of the lots numbered 1 to 29, inclusively, owes to Shadow Dancer Owner Association, the amount of Eight Hundred Seventy Five dollars ($875.00 each) payable no later than February 29, 2012. Any payment made after February 29, 2012 is subject to a late fee of $50.00, plus interest fifteen percent (15 per annum. 3. The last known "address" of each of the 29 each lot owners is listed on attached Exhibit "A 4. The aforementioned amount is owed pursuant to each Lot Owners obligation under Article IV Covenant for Maintenance Assessments (1.) Creation of the lien and Personal Obligation of Assessments obligation under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Shadow Dancer Owners Association. 5. The last known "name" of each Lot Owner(s) against whom this lien is claimed is listed on attached Exhibit "A 6. This Lien is for the 2012 Annual Association Dues presently due and owing to Shadow Dancer Owners Association. 7. That the description of the property benefited by the services of Shadow Dancer Owners Association is: Lots 1 through 29 of Shadow Dancer Estates Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat thereof, filed 8 -11 -2004, Plat 173 -C. 8.
