RICK V. HEBDON and GAEL SUMMER, previously known as GAEL S. HEBDON, holding
title to property as husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby remise, release, and forever quitclaim unto RICK V. HEBDON and GAEL
SUMMER, as tenants in common, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest property, possession, claim and demand as they may have or ought to have, in or to the following
described property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under
and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
N1 /2SW1 /4, Section 5, Township 19 North, Range 117 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and rights -of -way
of sight or of record.
