WHEREAS, Shayne S. Burgess and Jenifer Burgess, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for GMAC Mortgage, LLC, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated September 29, 2008 (the "Mortgage
and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September
30, 2008 and re- Recorded on: November 18, 2008, at Reception No. 942569 in
Book 705 at Page 856 and re- Recorded at Reception No. 943700 in Book 709 at
Page 295.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of GMAC Mortgage, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on November 9, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, GMAC Mortgage, LLC "Successful Bidder made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$205,548.84, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on November 9, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 9,
2010, at Reception No. 956594 in Book 756 at Page 874;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated January 18, 2011
and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on

Book 7 at Page 8Y;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And
Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, Inc., 5312 Bolsa Ave,
STE 200, Huntington Beach, CA 92649, ATTN: Single Family Property
Disposition Branch, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
