AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION
Comes now the undersigned Clay Broadhead being on oath first duly deposes and says:
1. That I am a citizen of the United States of legal age and capacity, and competent to make this affidavit.
2. That I am a Title Officer at Northern Title Company.
3. That I am the Notary on referenced Document.
4. That the purpose of this affidavit is to amend a typographical error in the acknowledgment of the Quitclaim Deed
Recorded January 20, 2012 in Book 779 at Page 638, Document No. 962854, in the office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming. The Date on the Acknowledgment says December 9, 2009, this is a typographical error. The
Correct Date of the Acknowledgment that should be reflected on said Document is January 20, 2012.

thence generally following an existing fence line:

N07 48' -02 "E, 206.87 feet, to a point;

details;
each "comer" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
