RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August
31,2001, made and executed by John P. Bygden and Marilyn J. Bygden, husband and wife, as
mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $20,000.00 which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Slate of
Wyoming, on the 6th day of September 2001 , in Book #472 PR of Mortgages, at Page 226 as
Document Number 875738 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:

The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
