Ford and Pamala G. Ford, husband and wife, who acquired title as Dock Ford and Pamela T. Ford, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis, release and forever quitclaim to Max Blaine Thoman, as sole owner, of PO Box 397, LaBarge, WY 83123, all right, title and interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln: That part of Lot i of Section 7, T26N R112W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the South line of the said Lot 1 which is West, 1518 feet from the Southeast corner of the NE1 /4NW1/4 of said Section 7 where is found a granite stone 10 "x17 "x6" marked 1/16 on W, SS on E; thence N 14 21' W, 105.5 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of the Calpet State Secondary Highway; thence N 75 °39' E, 171.0 feet along the South right -of -way line to a point; thence S 14 °21' E, 149.3 feet to a point on the said South line of said Lot 1; thence West, 176.7 feet along the said South line of Lot 1 to the point of beginning. ALSO That part of Lot 1 of Section 7, T26N R112W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of the said Lot 1 which is West, 1518 feet from the Southeast corner of the NE1 /4NW1/4 of said Section 7 where is found a granite stone 10 "x17 "x6" marked 1/16 on W, SS on E; thence N 14 °21' W, 105.5 feet to a point on the south right of way line of the Calpet State Secondary Highway; thence S 75 39' W, 412.6 feet along the said right -of -way line to a point on the said South line of Lot 1; thence East, 426.3 feet along the said South line of Lot 1 to the point of beginning. Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use.
