KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of August 7,
1998, made and executed by Eugene G. Vernon, Trustee U/D/T dated March 27,1992 FB/O the
Eugene G. Vernon and Christine M. Vernon Living Trust, as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star
Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as
security for the payment of $86,913.24 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the " day of
August, 1998, in Book #415 PR of Mortgages, at Page 630 as document number 852407 and
pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 26th day of July,
