For value received, Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. with the
address of 4282 N. Freeway, Fort Worth, TX 76137, grants, bargains, sells,
transfers and assigns to Federal National Mortgage Association, whose mailing
address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX 752665 -0043, "Assignee its legal
representatives and assigns, all right, title and interest in that certain Certificate
of Sale dated October 11, 2011, on the following described property:
LOT 15 REES SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN BY THE OFFICIAL
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED SEPTEMBER 1, 1955 IN BOOK 11
OF P.R., PAGE 507 IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AND BEING PART OF THE
NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 20,
TOWNSHIP 37 NORTH, RANGE 118 WEST OF THE SIXTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, AS PLAT NO. 171.
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on October 11, 2011, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on October 11, 2011, at Reception No. 961336 in Book 774 at
Page 146 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
