Op. Sub. Of MLB &T Co., FSB, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by
that certain mortgage dated May 30, 2007 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the
records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 1, 2007 and re- Recorded on: June 18,
2007, at Reception No. 929939 in Book 660 at Page 309 and re- Recorded at Reception
No. 930425 in Book 662 at Page 310.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and
for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of
Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on October 11, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the
front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer,
WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Residential Credit Solutions, Inc. "Successful Bidder made
the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$463,356.68, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful
Bidder on October 11, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the
undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful
Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of
the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on October 11, 2011, at Reception No. 961336 in Book 774 at Page
146.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National
Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of
Certificate of Sale dated January 6, 2012 and recorded in the records of the County
Cl.prk and ex officio Register of Deeds in and for, Lincoln County, State of Wyorrlin on
2012 at Reception No C. in Book 16 at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described
real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now
expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I,
Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do
hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE
