Jeppsen, husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is 512 Hwy 236, Afton, Wyoming 83110, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Reese Edward Jeppsen and Irene Neilson Jeppsen, Trustees of the Reese Edward Jeppsen and Irene Neilson Jeppsen Joint Revocable Trust under agreement dated February 16, 2012, whose address is 512 Hwy 236, Afton, Wyoming 83110, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements, encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state. Dated: February 16, 2012. Beginning at a point 60 rods West of the Southeast Corner of the W1 /2SE1 /4, Section 1, T 31 N, R 119 W, 6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 348.48 feet, thence East 125 feet, thence South 348.48 feet, thence West 125 feet to the point of beginning.
