THIS SHERIFF'S CERTIFICATE OF SALE, made by Randy Nate , Deputy Sheriff of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint
Mortgage Funding Inc. as purchaser at foreclosure sale.
BOOK'-PRPAGE 428 WITNESSETH
Default having occurred on that certain Mortgage dated June 1, 2000, recorded June 2, 2000, in Book
446PR at Page 565, in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, made by Robert
Bradford Regli, a married man, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for
Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Inc., and securing $153,000.00.00 of even date therewith, which Mortgage
embraced the following described real property:
A portion of the NWl/4NWI/a (Lot 4) of Section 3, T32N R1 19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 3 and running thence S 89°58'46" E along the
North line of said Section 3, 101.55 feet;
thence South 221.73 feet;
thence East 42.00 feet;
thence South 165.68 feet;
thence East 313.95 feet to the East line of a parcel of land described in Book 158PR on page 518 of
records of Lincoln County Clerk;
thence S 0°09'19" E, 559.81 feet to the Southeast corner of the land described herein;
thence West, along the South line of said land, 463.44 feet to the West line of said Section 3;
thence N 01604" E, along last said line, 947.16 feet to the point of beginning.
A default having occurred under the terms of the Mortgage and the entire balance then declared due
and payable by the Mortgagee or its assignee and the election made to foreclose pursuant to W.S. §34-4-101,
et. seq., notice of sale was duly advertised and given pursuant to a copy of the legal publication attached
hereto and the sale was then held at the date and place provided and the property was sold to Mortgage
Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Inc., the highest and best
bid of $171,477.03.
By virtue of the sale and purchaser's payment, under the authority of law, I hereby give and grant this
Sheriffs Certificate of Sale to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint
Mortgage Funding Inc., as purchaser, who will be entitled to a Sheriffs Deed for the property at the
expiration of the period of redemption unless the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
Upon the expiration of the period of redemption, being four months from the date of this sale, a Sheriffs
Deed will be executed conveying the property to the purchaser or its assignee as the holder of this Sheriffs
Certificate of Sale.

COMES NOW, Sue Davidson, who being of lawful age and being first duly sworn upon her
oath, hereby swears and affirms as follows that:
1. She is the attorney for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee
for Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Inc.
2. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Greenpoint Mortgage
Funding Inc., as mortgagee, holds a mortgage against real property owned by Robert Bradford Regli,
a married man, said mortgage being in default.
3. As Attorney for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for
Greenpoint Mortgage Funding Inc., on March 28, 2002, she arranged for service, upon all parties in
interest, a Notice of Intent to Foreclose, a copy of said Notice being attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference.
4. Said Notice of Intent to Foreclose was received by the said parties in interest as evidenced
by the Sheriff's Affidavit, the same being attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
5. Said Mortgage provides that there shall be included in any or all foreclosure proceedings
a reasonable attorney's fee.
6. This affiant is admitted generally to practice law in the State of Wyoming, resides therein
and that there has been no agreement, express or implied, between this affiant and any other person,
for any sharing or division of any fees to be allowed or added to the debt involved in this foreclosure,
and that the fee when so allowed, or added to the debt, shall be only as compensation for services
actually rendered in the foreclosure proceeding by an attorney admitted to practice in this State and
residing therein.
7. This Affidavit is made in compliance with §§34-4-112 and 34-4-103, Wyoming
Statutes 1977.
