in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without
any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's
successors and assigns, to Jeffrey W. Reeves, Trustee of the Jeffrey W. Reeves Revocable Trust
under agreement dated February 16, 2012, whose address is P.O. Box 635, Afton, Wyoming
83110, all of Grantor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real
estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:

QUITCLAIM DEED
Beginning at a point in the East boundary line of the NE1/4SE1/4
of Section 6, T3ON, R118W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, that is 60.00 feet South from the NE corner of said
NE1/4SE1/4, and running thence West parallel to the North
boundary line of said NE1 /4SE1 /4, 1,317.00 feet, more or less, to a
point in the West boundary line of said NE1 /4SE1 /4 that is 60 feet
South of the NW corner of said NE1 /4SE1 /4; thence South along
said West boundary line 599 feet; thence East parallel to said
North boundary line, 1,317.00 feet, more or less, to said East
boundary line; thence North along said East boundary line, 599
feet, more or less, to the point of beginning, containing 18 acres,
more or less.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights -of -way of sight or record, including without
limitation, the right -of -way of the State Highway Commission of
Wyoming of record in an instrument recorded in the office of the
Lincoln County Clerk in Book 132 PR, page 561, and that certain
Easement Agreement in favor of the Cottonwood Irrigation District
dated March 31, 1971, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on April 7, 1971, in Book 93 PR, page 458.

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise. Hereby
releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of this state.
