HomeMy WebLinkAbout963406CERTIFICATE OF PURCHASE Pursuant to Power to foreclose by advertisement and sale contained in that certain Mortgage, dated September 17, 2008, recorded September 25, 2008 in Book 705, page 580 in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's Office from Rod Gilstrap, husband, and April Gilstrap, wife, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the undersigned, as Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has sold the property hereafter described according to law, at the front entry of the Lincoln County Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., on the 14th day of February, 2012. The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real property described below, after due and legal notice given, to the Bank of Jackson Hole, the mortgagee under the mortgage foreclosed, for $90,970.00 Dollars, the highest bid at the public auction conducted by the undersigned. The real property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is more particularly described as follows: Part of Lot 3 of Block 7 of the TOWN OF AFTON, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 3 and running thence West, 148.5 feet; thence North, 20 rods (330 feet); thence East, 148.5 feet; thence South, 20 rods, to the Point of Beginning. LESS AND EXCEPTING the following described land: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 3 of Block 7 of the TOWN OF AFTON and running thence West, 74.25 feet; thence North, 165 feet; thence East, 74.25 feet; thence South, 165 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
