following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead

Heights 5 Addition, Second Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, said part of Lot 2, Block 1, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southern most corner of said Lot 3A on the East line of
Nations Avenue, and running thence Northerly along said east line of
Nations Avenue and the arc of a 248.50 foot radius curve to the right,
51.08 feet (central angle is 11 °46'34" and long chord bears N 29 °13'10"
W, 50.99 feet;
thence N 65 °58'37" E, 121.03 feet to the East boundary of Lincoln Heights

thence S 9 °33'44" E, 30.42 feet along the East boundary to the Southeast
