STATEMENT OF LIEN
STATE OF WYOMING
COUNTY OF LINCOLN SS.
I, David S. Spurlock, President for Trail Ridge Property Owners Association, a Wyoming
Corporation, being first duly sworn, hereby state as follow:
1. Trail Ridge Property Owners Association is located at 374 Sharas Drive, (South of
Alpine), P.O. Box 3448, Alpine, WY 83128 and is the entity hereby seeking
enforcement of this Lien against Lot #39 Trail Ridge Subdivision.
2. That under the provisions of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions of Trail Ridge Subdivision and Trail Ridge Property Owners Association
"The Declaration) recorded by the Lincoln County Clerk October 23, 2003, Lot 39
owes to Trail Ridge Property Owners Association, the amount of Eighteen Hundred
dollars and no cents ($1,800.00 dues and $150.00 Late fee plus interest 15% fifteen
percent annum, starting (a) $600.00 due 6 -1 -2009; (b) $600.00 due 6 -1 -2010; (c)
$600.00 due 6 -01- 2011).
3. That the last known address of Robert G. Karas is 6545 N. Vista Lane, Jackson, WY
83001.
4. That said debt is owed because of Robert G. Karas's obligation under Article IV
Covenant for Maintenance Assessments (1.) Creation of the lien and Personal
Obligation of Assessments obligation under the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions of the Trail Ridge Property Owners Association.
5. That the name of the person(s) against whom this lien is claimed is Robert G. Karas.
6 That this Lien is for the Association Dues due and owing to Trail Ridge Property
Owners Association.
7. That the legal description of the property benefited byte services of Trail Ridge
Property Owners Association is Plat #225 -E, Lot 39 filed Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
8 That a copy of the instrument creating the obligation has been filed with the Lincoln
County Recorder Book 539, PR Page 379, instrument #894677, (pg. 379 to 396.
