said tract;
thence coursing the north line of said tract as follows:

N89 °43'36 "E, 164.90 feet, along an existing fence, to a 3/8 "x 12" steel spike in an existing fence corner
post;
S37 °08'54 "E, 187.10 feet, to a bathey;
S89 °54'24 "E, 113.69 feet, to the northeast point of said tract;
thence S00 °51'06 "W, 387.01 feet, along the east line of said tract to a point;
