Now on This day, this cause coming on regularly for trial, the plaintiffs appearing by
Gerald L. Goulding, Esq.. their attorney, and the defendants not appearing, either in
person or by counsel, in the time allowed by law, and It appearing to this court that the
defendants have been regularly and duly served personally or with complaint and
summons by publication in the Kemmerer Gazette, a weekly newspaper of general
circulation In the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, published at Kemmerer, Wyoming,
and that a copy of the Notice of Sult was not mailed to the defendants because they have
no known address and addresses for defendants cannot with reasonable diligence be
ascertained; that the time allowed by law for answering or otherwise pleading has expired
as of the 18th day of July, 1994 „and the default of the defendants Is hereby duly entered,
according to law; and the Court. having heard the evidence arid having examined the
proofs offered herein, and having fully considered the same,'and having found that the
allegations of the plaintiffs' complaint are all'true, now, therefore, by reason of the
