SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE of the Austin and Dorothy Merritt Family Trust dated May 3,1981, as
amended and restated in full on June 3, 1999, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
remises, releases, and forever quitclaims unto SHELDON A. MERRITT and DIANA LYNN
MERRITT, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim, and demand as Grantor may have or ought to have in and to all of the following
described property, to wit:
See the property description titled "Description: Merritt 760 -387 Adjusted" that
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and
rights -of -way of sight and /or of record.
