KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Q.P. Corporation, a Wyoming
corporation, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does remis, release
and forever quitclaim to Brad A. Pehrson, a single man, whose address is 2301 Ace
Drive #44, Jackpot, NV 89825, all right, title and interest in the following described real
property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
See attached Exhibit A
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

A tract of land located in and being a part of the NW1 /4 of Section 13, T21N,
R116W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, also being a part of the Foothill
Trailer Park of the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said tract being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Foothill Trailer Park described in
Warranty Deed recorded December 30, 1992, in Book 322PR on page 346 of
records of Lincoln County Clerk, thence S89 °59'03 "W, 954.89 feet to the easterly
boundary of the U.S. Highway 189 right of way boundary; thence SO4 °32'W,
534.19 feet along said easterly right of way boundary; thence N85 °28'W, 50.00
feet along a jog in said easterly right of way boundary; thence along said easterly
right of way boundary along a curve to the right, the radius of which is 1502.66
feet, a distance of 101.7 feet through a central angle of 3 °51'15" to the point of
tangency of said curve; thence S4 °31'15 "W, a distance of 52.48 feet to the
