Subject, however, to all reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements
of record, and special assessment districts, if any; taxes for the year 2011 and subsequent years.
Grantor covenants that it is seized and possessed of the said land and has a right to convey it, and
warrants the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, and under it, but not
further otherwise.
GRANTEE HEREIN SHALL BE PROHIBITED FROM CONVEYING CAPTION PROPERTY TO A
BONAFIDE PURCHASER FOR VALUE FOR A SALES PRICE OF GREATER THAN $37,200.00 FOR A
PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THIS DEED. GRANTEE SHALL ALSO BE
PROHIBITED FROM ENCUMBERING SUBJECT PROPERTY WITH A SECURITY INTEREST IN THE
PRINCIPAL AMOUNT GREATER THAN $37,200.00 FOR A PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS FROM THE
DATE OF THIS DEED. THESE RESTRICTIONS SHALL RUN WITH TIIE LAND AND ARE NOT
PERSONAL TO GRANTEE. THIS RESTRICTION SHALL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY UPON
CONVEYANCE AT ANY FORECLOSURE SALE RELATED TO A MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST.
