hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND FOREVER QUITCLAIMS and by these presents does
for her heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto KENT

State of Wyoming, GRANTEE, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:

PARCEL 2:

Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -ways, reservations, restrictions and
future oil and gas and /or other mineral leases, now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
