Fluckiger, husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is 5729 County Road #123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Darrol T. Fluckiger and Renee H. Fluckiger, Trustees for the Darrol T. Fluckiger Revocable Trust under agreement dated July 11, 1991, whose address is 5729 County Road #123, Bedford, Wyoming 83112, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: SEAL Sixth Principal Meridian T. 33 N., R. 118 W., Sec. 22, that portion of the SW1 /4NE1 /4, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said aliquot part; thence S. 89°19' E., 261.6 feet, along north boundary of said aliquot part to the True Point of Beginning; thence S. 89 °19' E., 750.7 feet along north boundary of said aliquot part; thence S. 0 °58' E., 58.0 feet; thence S. 89 °21' W., 749.5 feet; thence N. 0 °38' W., 75.3 feet to the north boundary of said aliquot part, to the Point of Beginning. Containing 1.148 acres, more or less. Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements, encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record or otherwise.
