CERTIFICATE OF SALE
For value received, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. with the address of
3476 Stateview Blvd, Fort Mill, SC 29715, grants, bargains, sells, transfers and
assigns to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, whose mailing address is
5000 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010, "Assignee its legal
representatives and assigns, all right, title and interest in that certain Certificate
of Sale dated October 25, 2011, on the following described property:
PART LOT 2 OF BLOCK 26 OF AFTON TOWNSITE, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2
AND RUNNING THENCE NORTH 7.5 RODS; THENCE EAST
TEN RODS; THENCE SOUTH 7.5 RODS; THENCE WEST TEN
RODS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
with an address of 541 Madison Ave, Afton, WY 83110
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
which was sold at a foreclosure sale on October 25, 2011, and the Certificate of
Sale was filed on October 25, 2011, at Reception No. 961581 in Book 775 at
Page 115 in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignee shall be substituted in the full place and stead of Assignor
and shall take all legal action he may deem proper or necessary in connection
with the Certificate of Sale assigned.
All acts, assignments and transfers under this assignment and all
rights of the parties under this assignment shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Wyoming.
All agreements of the parties are contained in this assignment
which cannot be modified except by written instrument signed by all parties.
