Know all men, that First International Bank Trust hereby certifies that a certain Mortgages
executed by WJW Holdings, LLLP, a North Dakota Limited Liability Limited Partnership to First
International Bank Trust recorded September 1, 2010, as instrument no. 955435, Book 753
page 511 records of Lincoln County, WY, together with the debt thereby secured has been
PARTIALLY PAID AND SATISFIED and that the following real property is released from the
effects of said mortgage:
Lot 114, Lot 115 and Lot 116 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended 16 filing
Recorded February 7, 2011 at Document No. 957960 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
All other real property not herein, or previously released shall remain securing said debt.
