CORRECTED GENERAL ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTEREST

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Andover Partners, hereinafter referred to as "Assignor" for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, does hereby transfer and assign unto:
hereinafter referred to as "Assignee all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to any and all
overriding royalties owned by Assignor under oil and gas leases of any kind whatsoever, hereinafter
referred to as the "Properties covering the following described lands situated in the county and state
hereinabove set out:

This Assignment is made in lieu of and replaces that certain General Assignment of Overriding
Royalty Interest dated January 12, 2012, but effective the 3' day of November 1998, recorded under
Receiving #962860, Book: 779, Page: 646, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Assignor does hereby bind itself, Assignor's successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend
all and singular title to the Properties unto Assignee, Assignee's successors and assigns, against every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, by, through, or under
Assignor, but not otherwise. Assignor grants to Assignee full rights of substitution and subrogation in and
to all representations, warranties and covenants by Assignor's predecessors in title.
EXECUTED this 8th day of March, 2012, but effective the 3rd day of November, 1998.
