NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE RESCISSION

Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association.
being first duly sworn upon his /her oath, states as follows:
1. Affiant contacted the firm of Castle Stawiarski, LLC to conducted
the foreclosure sale of the first mortgage on the subject property held by First
Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association..
The mortgage on the subject property was executed by Michael Codman and
Colleen Codman and originally held by First Horizon Home Loan Corporation. by
a mortgage dated December 19, 2005 and recorded on December 29, 2005, at
Reception No. 914852 in Book 608 at Page 497 in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming.
The mortgage was assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank
National Association.
Assignment dated: June 21, 2011
Assignment recorded: July 5, 2011
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 959933 in Book 768 at Page
820
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The property is described as follows:
LOT 8 IN SHADOW DANCER ESTATES SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN
COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFICIAL PLAT
THEREOF.
with an address of 100 Codman Way Alpine, WY 83128
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
2. Said foreclosure sale was conducted by the Sheriff in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming at the time and place specified in the Notice of
Foreclosure Sale, to -wit: On August 23, 2011 at 10:00 am in the forenoon at the
front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming.
3. Said sale was being made pursuant to a Notice of Foreclosure Sale
published in the Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper published and having general
circulation in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming once a week for four (4)

consecutive weeks commencing with the July 28, 2011 issue of said newspaper
and ending with the August 18, 2011 issue thereof.
4. At the foreclosure sale First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First
Tennessee Bank National Association.'s bid was the highest and best sum for
the real property, that sum being $645,439.01, therefore the Sheriff issued a
Certificate of Sale dated August 23, 2011 and recorded August 23, 2011 in
Reception No. 960656 in Book 771 at Page 495 of the records of Lincoln County
to First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National
Association..
5. The foreclosure sale should not have been held due to continuing
loan modification negotiations that were being done with the mortgagees at the
time of the sale.
WHEREFORE, AFFIANT, REPRESENTATIVE OF FIRST HORIZON
HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION., HEREBY CANCELS AND RESCINDS THE FORECLOSURE
SALE AND WAIVES ALL RIGHT, CLAIM AND INTEREST TO ANY CLAIM OF
TITLE TO THE PROPERTY, SO THAT THE RESPECTIVE PARTIES, MICHAEL
CODMAN AND COLLEEN CODMAN AND ANY OTHER LIENHOLDERS,
REMAIN IN THE SAME RELATIVE POSITIONS AS THEY WERE IN BEFORE
THE FORECLOSURE SALE, AS IF IT HAD NEVER TAKEN PLACE.
