JERRY BALLS and MARTHA BALLS, husband and wife, grantors of the County of
Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to THE JERRY AND MARTHA BALLS FAMILY TRUST,
dated March i q 2012, JERRY BALLS and MARTHA BALLS, Trustees, grantees of
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in County
of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
That part of Section 14, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M Lincoln County
Wyoming, described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel
Labeled Kendall G. Brough and Corrie H. Brough, Parcel D" dated
June 30, 1998. Book 435, Page 754 as recorded on the official records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, conditions, easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations and rights of way of sight or record.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
