This Deed is made and entered into this 15th day of March 20 12 by and between
The Bank of New York Mellon fka the Bank of New York, as Trustee for the
Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006 -BC1

the Grantee is P.O. Box 128, Auburn, WY 83111
WITNESSETH, that the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other valuable considerations paid to the Grantor, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
by these presents GRANT, BARGAIN AND SELL, CONVEY AND CONFIRM unto the Grantee, the
following described lots, tracts or parcels of land lying, being and situated in the County of Lincoln and
State of Wyoming to -wit:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 27 of Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 8.5 rods South from the Northwest
corner of said Lot 2 and running thence South 3.5 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence
North 2 rods;
thence West 4 rods; thence North 1.5 rods; thence West 6 rods to the Point of
Beginning.
Subject to easements, conditions, restrictions and limitations of record.
To have and to hold the same; together with all rights and appurtenances to the same belonging,
unto the said Grantees, and to His /Her successors and assigns. The said Grantor hereby covenanting
that it and the successors and assigns of such Grantor shall and will WARRANT AND DEFEND the title to
the premises unto the said Grantees, and to the successors and assigns of such Grantee forever, against
the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under Grantor but none other, excepting, however,
the general taxes for the calendar year 2012 and thereafter, and special taxes becoming a lien after the
date of this deed.
The Grantee(s), or purchaser(s), of the Property may not re -sell, record an additional conveyance
document, or otherwise transfer title to the Property within 60 days following the Grantor's execution of
this deed
