Lincoln County, State of WY, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
The Pendleton property, as referred to in the Deeds recorded with Document No. 492111, in Book 135PR, on page 481,
and a portion of the PLC Trust property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 933017, in Book 671,
on page 816, all with the Office of Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within GLO Lot 4 (SW1/4SW 1/4) of Section 7,
T34N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a Point in the East line of the SE1 /4SE1/4 of Section 12, T34N, R118W, of said 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, said Point of Beginning being 438.29 fee N0 °35'15 "E, along said East line, from the Albert L.
Nelson PE /LS 578 1972, location for the Southeast Corner of the SE1 /4SE1/4 of Section 12, T34N, RI 19W of said 6th
P.M. Lincoln County Wyoming;
thence N0 °35'15 "E, continuing along said East line, 288.21 feet, to the Southeast corner of the Fort Knox Property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 949810, in Book 733, on Page 108, with said Office;
said Point being 598.00 feet S0 °35'15 "W, along said East line from the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, location for the
Northeast Corner of said SE1 /4SE1/4 of said Section 12;
thence Easterly, along the Southerly line of said Fort Knox Property the following;
S89 °24'43 "E, 168.41 feet; S0 °22'33 "W 243.00 feet; and S89 °24'45 "E 116.58 feet;
thence S0 °35'15 "W, 39.42 feet;
thence S89 °25'43 "W 285.95 feet, to the Point of Beginning.

Instruments recorded with Document No. 544046, in Book 167PR, on Page ?90, and with Document No. 544039, in

and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
