GRANT OF EASEMENT
RAW WATER INTAKE FACILITY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for Ten Dollars ($10) and other
good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged,
MICHAEL B. and ELIZABETH A. BROWN, husband and wife, of P.O. Box 237 La
Barge Wyoming 83123 hereinafter called the "Grantor hereby grants and conveys to
the TOWN OF LABARGE, Lincoln County, Wyoming, a municipal corporation of the
State of Wyoming, its successors and assigns, of Box 327 La Barge, Wyoming 83123,
hereinafter called the "Grantee a non exclusive easement in, on, over, under, across,
and through that property shown as described and shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof for the right to:
lay out, install, operate, repair, replace and maintain public water
pipelines, manholes, valves, intake screens and appurtenances thereto,
together with the right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth, and other
obstructions interfering with the installation, construction, repair,
replacement and maintenance of said public water facilities, and the
further right of ingress and egress to and from the said described
property over and across reasonable routes in order that the Grantee
might exercise the rights granted by this easement.
Grantor(s) reserve the right to use the property subject to the permanent easement for
any purpose which does not damage, destroy or impair use of the underground
pipelines, mains, services, and appurtenances, specifically including the right to place
fences with gates, grass, bushes, and moveable objects upon the property.
The within grant is an easement running with the land and shall be perpetual so long
as it is used for the above described purposes.
IN WITNES WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this day of
N 2012, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

TO WIT:
A parcel of land located in GLO Lot 6, Section 6 of the Resurvey of Township 26 North,
Range 112 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said parcel being a
portion of the Michael B. Brown and Elizabeth A. Brown parcel of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Instrument 906247 and being more particularly described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the east one quarter corner of said Section 6, T26N, R112W, 6 P.M.;
thence along the south line of said GLO Lot 6, N89 °50'W, 310.15 feet, more or less, to the
intersection with the thread of the channel of the Green River, coincident with a point on the
boundary of said Michael B. and Elizabeth A. Brown parcel and the POINT OF BEGINNING of
the herein described easement;
thence departing said thread and continuing along said south line of GLO Lot 6 and said
boundary of Michael B. and Elizabeth A. Brown parcel, N89 °50' W, 10.10 feet, more or less, to a
point,
thence departing said south line of GLO Lot 6, N00 °13'E, 179.05 feet, more or less, to the
point of intersection with the southern boundary of the Town of LaBarge easement of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Instrument 757625, Deed Book 320, Page
684, from which the southwesterly corner of said easement bears S89 °47'E, 47.94 feet, more or
less;
thence along said southern easement line, S89 °47'E, 136.19 feet to a point;
thence departing said southern easement line, S00° 13' W, 142.60 feet, more or less, to the
intersection with said thread of the channel of the Green River, coincident with the southeasterly
boundary of said Michael B. and Elizabeth A. Brown parcel;
thence S71 °41'W, along said thread of the channel, 111.07 feet, more or less;
