BROWN, husband and wife, of P.O. Box 237 La Barge Wyoming 83123 hereinafter called the "Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the TOWN OF LABARGE, Lincoln County, Wyoming, a municipal corporation of the State of Wyoming, its successors and assigns, of Box 327 La Barge, Wyoming 83123, hereinafter called the "Grantee a non exclusive easement in, on, over, under, across, and through that property shown as described and shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof for the right to: lay out, install, operate, repair, replace and maintain public water pipelines, manholes, valves, intake screens and appurtenances thereto, together with the right to remove trees, bushes, undergrowth, and other obstructions interfering with the installation, construction, repair, replacement and maintenance of said public water facilities, and the further right of ingress and egress to and from the said described property over and across reasonable routes in order that the Grantee might exercise the rights granted by this easement. Grantor(s) reserve the right to use the property subject to the permanent easement for any purpose which does not damage, destroy or impair use of the underground pipelines, mains, services, and appurtenances, specifically including the right to place fences with gates, grass, bushes, and moveable objects upon the property. The within grant is an easement running with the land and shall be perpetual so long as it is used for the above described purposes.
