Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantors, hereby CONVEY and WARRANT only as
against all claiming by, through, or under it, to RAYMOND T. PETERSEN and
GWEN H. PETERSEN, Trustees or Successor Trustees of THE RAYMOND T.
PETERSEN FAMILY TRUST, dated the 31 day of August, 1988, of Cokeville,
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for the sum of Ten Dollars any and
all interest in the following described tract of land in Lincoln County,

On the northwest by the southeasterly right -of -way line of State
Highway 30 as depicted upon the plan and profile sheets of said
roadway effective in 1995

BEGINNING at a 6x6 ins. Concrete post with brass marker
inscribed, "STATE HIGHWAY DEPT F193 11 St. 673 97.9 El.
6189.03 R. O. W. MARKER" on the west right -of -way line of State
Highway 30 N;
thence S87°-29'W, 40.91 feet to a point;
thenoe S30 -41'W, 340.34 feet to a point;
thenoe S08° -37'W, 183.5 feet to a point on the property line between
Dimond and Petersen;
thenoe S73°-51'E, 200.31 feet along said property line to an
intersection on the said right -of -way line, N73 -51'W, 9.05 feet from
a point which point is N65 -33'W, 3507.89 feet from the southeast
corner of Section 4, Township 23 North, Range 119 West found as
described in the corner Record filed in said Office;
thence Northerly, 534.76 feet along said right -of -way line being the
arc of a circular curve to the left through central angle of 17
with a radius of 2789.90 feet to the marker of BEGINNING
ENCOMPASING an area of 1.8 acres, more or less

A parcel of land situate in Tracts 66 and 67 of the resurvey of
Township 23 North, Range 119 West of the 6` P.M. lying East of
the eastern boundary of the right -of -way for the Union Pacific
Railroad and West of the Western boundary of the right -of -way for
United States Highway No. 30 N., described in particular as follows,
to -wit:
Beginning at Corner No. 3 of said Tract 66, thence South 20.04
chains to Corner No. 2 of said Tract 67;
thence West, 28.37 chains to the Eastern right -of -way boundary of
said Union Pacific Railroad;
thence along said Eastern right -of -way boundary North 6°5' East,
12.69 chains to the point of contaot of a circular curve bearing
right;
thence North 4°33 1 /2' East, 4.66 chains along the long chord of
said curve;
thence North 3°2' East 39.44 chains to a common point on the
holdings of Weldon Dimond in said Tract 67;
thence South 74 °28' East, 44.75 chains along said holdings of
Weldon Dimond to a point on the Western boundary of the right -of-
way for United States Highway No. 30 N.;
thence Southerly along said Westerly right -of -way boundary, South
14°20' West, 4.82 chains along a subchord of a curve having a
radius of 42.648 ohains;
thence South 17°34' West, 9.61 chains;
thenoe South 21 °26' West, 11.59 chains along a subchord of a
circular curve having a radius of 87.570 chains to a point on the
Southern boundary line of said Tract 66;
thenoe West, 10.22 chains to Corner No. 3 of said Tract 66, the
place of beginning
ENCOMPASING an area of 180.97 acres, more or less
TOGETHER with One -Third (1/3) of all mineral rights.
