Hereinafter referred to as "Assignee all of Assignor's right, title and interest to the lands and oil and gas leases
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Said lands
and leases are located in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Additional documents may be prepared and executed on forms of assignment required by the Bureau of Land
Management. Said documents will further evidence this transfer or conveyance of interest and will not be
construed as an additional conveyance(s).
IN WITNESS HEREOF, Assignor has executed and delivered this Assignment without warranty of title either
expressed or implied this 5 day of March, 2012, and shall be effective as of the 5th day of March 2012 (the
