MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE
THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE dated March 23, 2012, Is made and executed between Alpine Junction LLC,
a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose address is 330 North Glenwood, Jackson, WY 83301 (referred to
below as "Grantor") and First Interstate Bank, whose address Is 842 West Broadway, P. O. Box 11095, Jackson,
WY 83002 -1095 (referred to below as "Lender").
MORTGAGE. Lender and Grantor have entered into a Mortgage dated April 17, 2007 (the "Mortgage') which has been recorded in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, as follows:
Recorded on April 24, 2007 In the Lincoln County Clerks Office in be 055, Page(s) 559; Document No. 929705.
REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Mortgage covers the following described real property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
Parcel 1: Lots 2 -7, 12, 13, 15-18, 22, 31, 35-38, 40, 42, 53. 64-65, 68, 75, 81, 86, 96-98, 111, 119 -120, 127, 128, 130, 133, 140,
148, 158, 162, 178 -186, Alpine Meadows Subdivision as shown by the official plat there of tiled on August 23, 2005 in the Office of the
Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as Plat No. 206-A
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Alpine Meadows Subdivision, Alpine, WY 83128.
MODIPICATIOM. Lender and Grantor hereby modify the Mortgage as follows:
Modification of Mortgage Is to extend the Maturity date to March 23, 2042.
CONTINUING VAUDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Mortgage shall remain unchanged and in full force and
effect and are legally valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not
waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Mortgage as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Mortgage (the
"Note It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all parties to the Mortgage and all parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including
accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly released by Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, including accommodation makers,
shall not be released by virtue of this Modification. If any person who signed the original Mortgage does not sign this Modification, then all
persons signing below acknowledge that this Modification is givers conditionally, based on the representation to Lender that the non signing
person consents to the changes and provisions of this Modification or otherwise will not be released by it. This waiver applies not only to any
initial extension or modification, but also to all such subsequent actions.
GRANTOR ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ AU. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE AND GRANTOR AGREES TO ITS
TERMS. THIS MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE 13 DATED MARCH 23, 2012.
