SPECIAL CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED
FOR VALUE RECEIVED
FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, a corporation duly organized
and existing under the laws of the State, as grantor, does hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey
unto
ROBERT A. MCENTEE,
whose address is 1939 W. 700 S., Ogden, UT 84404, the grantee, the following described real
estate, to -wit:
Part of Lot 4 of Block 6 of Bedford Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning 4.75 rods South from the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 and running thence
West 12 rods; thence South 4.75 rods; thence East 12 rods; thence North 4.75 rods to the
place of beginning.
Also: Part of Lot 4 of Block 6 of the Bedford Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 4 and running thence West 12 rods; thence
South 4.75 rods; thence East 12 rods; thence North 4.75 rods to the place of beginning.
GRANTEE HEREIN SHALL BE PROHIBITED FROM CONVEYING CAPTIONED
PROPERTY FOR A SALES PRICE OF GREATER THAN $64,800.00 FOR A PERIOD OF 3
MONTH(S) FROM THE DATE OF THIS DEED. GRANTEE SHALL ALSO BE
PROHIBITED FROM ENCUMBERING SUBJECT PROPERTY WITH A SECURITY
INTEREST IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF GREATER THAN $64,800.00 FOR A
PERIOD OF 3 MONTH(S) FROM THE DATE OF THIS DEED. THESE RESTRICTIONS
SHALL RUN WITH THE LAND AND ARE NOT PERSONAL TO GRANTEE.
THIS RESTRICTION SHALL TERMINATE IMMEDIATELY UPON CONVEYANCE AT
ANY FORECLOSURE SALE RELATED TO A MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee
their successors, heirs and assigns forever. And the said Grantors do hereby covenant with the
said Grantee(s), that they are the owner in fee simple of said premises; that no encumbrances
were initialed during the ownership of the undersigned nor is the undersigned aware of any such.
And that they will warrant and defend the same from all lawful claims whatsoever.. g.J
