JENSEN, Grantor, of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and forever quits claim to JULIETA S. JENSEN AND JULIETA S. JENSEN WITHIN 0'0`580 SW1 /4SW1/4 SECTION 15 SEI /4SE1/4 SECTION 16 T32N RI 19W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 17 May 2006, as revised. SUBJECT TO the Grantor, Brad N. Jensen, having a right of first refusal in the event the Grantee decides to sell the above described parcel of property. In the event that the Grantee has a bona fide offer to purchase the above described parcel the Grantee shall notify the Grantor of the offer. The Grantor shall have thirty (30) days from the date of notification to provide the Grantee with notice that the Grantor intends to exercise his right of first refusal. The Grantor shall of sixty (60) days from the notification of the Grantee's intent sell the above described parcel to close the purchase of the parcel at the same price offered from the Grantee's bona fide offer. If Grantor does not exercise the right of first refusal, he will grant to Grantee an easement of ingress and egress per Lincoln County standards, at no cost to Grantee.
