Balls Family Revocable Trust dated April 24, 1992, grantor, of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in consideration of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by those presents do for my /our heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto: Susan S. Doherty, trustee of the Exemption Trust established under The Doherty Family Revocable Trust dated May 14, 1998, grantees, of 21857 Road 211, Friant, CA 93626 all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I /we have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to -wit: NEY4NWY4 Section 27, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Excepting therefrom, any land contained in the following described land: All of the E1/2SW' /4 and the WY2SE /4, and that part of GLO Lots 6 and 7 of Section 22, and that part of GLO Lot 1, the NWhNEY4 and the NEY4NWV4 of Section 27, T31N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 310PR on page 377, and all of that tract of record in Book 401 PR on page 65, and part of that tract of record in said office in Book 777PR on page 372, described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said E /2SWY4; thence S89 °35'10 "E, 1318.85 feet, along the north line of said E' /2SWIA, to the northeast corner thereof; thence S89 °35'34 "E, 1319.32 feet, along the north line of said W 1/2SE%4, to the northeast corner thereof; thence continuing S89 °35'34 "E, 158.00 feet, along the north line of said GLO Lot 6, to a point on an existing north -south fence line; thence S00 °00'05 "W, 2644.00 feet, along said fence line, to an intersection with the south line of said GLO Lot 7; thence continuing S00 °00'05 "W, 91.48 feet, along said fence line, to a point at a fence corner; thence S89 °49'32 "W, 2823.16 feet, along an existing east -west fence and the westerly prolongation thereof, to an intersection with the west line of said NEY4NW%; thence N00 °33'30 "E, 126.25 feet, along said west line, to the northwest corner thereof; thence N00 °33'44 "E, 2637.99 feet, along the west line of said E1/2SW1, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
