KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that IRENE THOMPSON also known as
IRENE PRICE, a married woman, P.O. Box 211, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever QUITCLAIMS unto
DON AULLMAN, TRUSTEE of the Don Aullman Family Trust dated January 1, 2007, P.O. Box 296,
Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE, and his successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest
property, possession, claim, and demand as she may have or ought to have in and to all of the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See the legal description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR DON AULLMAN FAMILY
TRUST, DATED 1 JANUARY 2007 AULLMAN TRACT" dated 10 November 2010, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Including and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances,
and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, encroachments, rights -of -way, and easements of sight and/or
of record.
CLARK KELLEY PRICE, husband of IRENE PRICE, signs this deed solely for the purpose
of waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.

R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 148 of Photostatic Records on page 637, and that part of
Parcel No. 7 of that tract of record in said Office in Book 647 of Photostatic Records on
page 353, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the centerline of Roberts Street, N89 49' -14 "W, 601.65 feet,
from the southeast corner of said S'' /2SW'/;
thence N01 04' -15 "W, 293.08 feet, to a point on the north line of that tract of record in
said Office in Book 236 of Photostatic Records on page 459;
thence N89 49' -14 "W, 746.88 feet, along said north line and along the north line of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 685 of Photostatic Records on page 482 and along
the north line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 386 of Photostatic Records on
page 789, to a point on an existing fence line;
thence N00 05' -36 "E, 910.28 feet, along said fence line, to a brass cap on the south line
of said tract in Book 148;
thence N66 03' -44 "E, 175.00 feet, to a point on the westerly right -of -way line of U. S.
Highway 89, at the beginning of a non tangent circular curve to the left, whose radius

thence coursing said right -of -way line as follows:
southeasterly, 425,71 feet, along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 12 -26'-
44", having a radius of 1959.86 feet, and a chord bearing S30 09' -38 "E, 424.87 feet,
to a marker at Sta. S. C. 1454 +56.3 50' LT;
S39 23' -57 "E, 304.46 feet, to a marker at Sta. T. S. 1451 +56.3 50' LT;
S40 52' -41 "E, 470.07 feet, to a position on the west bank of the east side canal, and
leave said right -of -way line;
thence S11 48' -16 "W, 325.67 feet, along said west bank, to a position on the centerline of
said Roberts Street;
thence N89 49' -14 "W, 56.79 feet, along said centerline, to the SPIKE OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 11.57 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW of Section 14, T34N

each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike, referenced by a 5/8" steel reinforcing rod
with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS
5368 with appropriate details;
each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate
details;
each "brass cap" marked by a 2" galvanized steel pipe with 3" brass cap inscribed,
"BAKER ENGINEERS PE /LS 698 with appropriate details;
each "marker" marked by a 6" x 6" concrete post with brass cap inscribed: "STATE
HIGHWAY DEPT. R.O.W. MARKER with appropriate details;
each "position" is a calculated position with no monument found or set;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT OF TRACTS AND EASEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF THAYNE
