Wyoming 83127, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
RELINQUISHES to IRENE THOMPSON also known as IRENE T. THOMPSON also
known as IRENE PRICE, a married woman, P.O. Box 211, Thayne, Wyoming 83127,
GRANTEE, that 60 -foot easement that was reserved in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in
the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on June 11, 1974 in Book 112PR at Pages 384
and 385 as Instrument No. 457391. A copy of said Warranty Deed is attached hereto.

JAY WALTON, aka ALFRED JAY WALTON and CAROL WALTON,
aka CAROL JEAN WALTON, husband and wife, GRANTORS, of Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
GEORGE D. THOMPSON and IRENE T. THOMPSON, husband and wife, as
joint tenants and not as tenants in common with full rights of
survivorship, GRANTEES, of Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State,
to -wit:
BEGINNING at a point in the line of an East -West
fence marking the line between the ROY SLATER and
the A. JAY WALTON properties said point being ap-
proximately two (2) feet West of a corner post in
said fence; thence running West along said fence a
distance of 16500 feet; thence North 150.00 feet;
thence North 45 6 East, 232.25 feet; thence East 68.92
feet to a point in the westerly line of the U. S. 89
North Highway Right -of -Way, last said point being on
the arc of a curve concave to the Northeast having a
radius of 1959.86 feet, said point being southerly
from the northerly Aerminis of said curve through a
central angle of 16 17'31" an arc distance of 557.28
feet; thence running southeaAterly along said highway
through a central angle of 9 an arc distance of
326.20 feet to a point in a fence line running westerly;
thence leaving said highway and running South 86 48'20"
West along last said fence a distance of 186.06 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 1.7546 acres of
land and being subject to a g0 foot easement for ingress
and egress lying .10 feet on each side of the following
described line: BEGINNING at a point North 86 48'20"
East, 10.02 feet from the point of beginning of the
above description; thence running North 39.00 feet;
thence North 66 52'32" East, 147.83feet to a point in
the westerly line of U. S. 89 North, all being a portion
of the Southwest Quarter (SW34) of Section Fourteen (14)
Township Thirty -four (34) North, Range 119 West of the
6th P. M., located in the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
