RELEASE OF MORTGAGE AND ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS
For value received, KeyBank National Association "KeyBank hereby releases the
encumbrances evidenced by that certain "Mortgage" dated October 22, 2007, executed by Tim
Allred as to Parcel 1 and Timothy A. Allred and Cynthia H. Allred, as tenants by the entirety,
collectively as "Mortgagor," in favor of KeyBank, encumbering the real property described in
Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property and recorded in the official records of the Lincoln
County Clerk, State of Wyoming, on December 3, 2007, as Entry No. 935306 in Book 680,
Pages 187 -194.
KeyBank also hereby releases the encumbrances evidenced by that certain "Assignment
of Rents" dated October 22, 2007, executed by Tim Allred as to Parcel 1 and Timothy A. Allred
and Cynthia H. Allred, as tenants by the entirety, collectively as "Grantee," in favor of KeyBank,
encumbering the Property, and recorded in the official records of the Lincoln County Clerk, State
of Wyoming, on December 3, 2007, as Entry No. 935307 in Book 680, Pages 195 -199.
KeyBank hereby fully releases and discharges any lien, claim or other interest they may
have in or with respect to the Property and the Mortgage and Assignment of Rents and any
collateral described therein.
