This Certificate of Redemption is made between First Interstate Bank "the Bank of
Jackson, Teton County, Wyoming, and Alan R. Hader lie and Valerie J. Haderlie, husband and wife
("Hader lie"), of PO Box 373, Afton, WY 83110.
RECITALS
1. On or about December 3, 2008, Gale L. Haderlie as Successor Trustee on behalf of
Gale L. and Shirley R. Haderlie Family Trust dated December 28, 1999, did make, execute and
deliver that certain real estate mortgage to First Interstate Bank, as Mortgagee, where there was
mortgaged unto said Mortgagee the real property described as "the Property
Lot 1 of the Haderlie First Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that certain plat filed December 27, 2001, as Instrument No. 878202 of
the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
2. The Property was conveyed to Haderlie by that certain Quitclaim Deed dated March
1, 2010, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on March 10, 2010, in Book 743,
page 602.
3. Pursuant to publication of notice of foreclosure sale, the Property was sold at public
auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming, on January 31, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., pursuant to W.S. 34 -4 -101 et
seq. "the foreclosure sale
4. Pursuant to said sale at public auction, in consideration of the bid in the amount of
$130,000.00, a Certificate of Sale was issued to the purchaser, the Bank herein, and no
assignment of that certifinate has been made since that time. The Certificate of Sale was recorded
in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on January 31, 2012, in Book 780, Page 367.
5. Pursuant to W.S. 1 -18 -103, Haderlie, as owner of the Property, has the right to
redeem the Property by paying to the Bank the amount of the bid, $130,000.00, together with
interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of sale "the redemption amount
6. Haderlie has tendered to the Bank in collected funds the redemption amount in full.

7. Pursuant to W.S. 1 -18 -106, the Bank is required to certify the redemption in writing
in recordable form.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the payment of the redemption amount, receipt
whereof is acknowledged, pursuant to W.S. 1 -18 -103 and 1 -18 -106, the Bank hereby certifies that
Haderlie has redeemed the Property in accordance with statute and that the foreclosure sale and
Certificate of Sale granted are void.
