Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Charles H. Nelson and
Saundra Sue Nelson, husband and wife, in consideration of the sum of Ten
($1o.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by
these presents do remis, release and forever quitclaim to Charles H. Nelson,
Saundra Sue Nelson and Ciera Ellen Clark, as joint tenants with full right of
survivorship, whose address is 510 Pearl Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all right, title
and interest in the following described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of
Lincoln:
The Lot numbered Three (3) of the Block numbered Thirty -eight (38), in the First
Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, in the County of Lincoln, in the State of Wyoming, as
the same appears of record on the maps and plats on file and of record in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for said County of Lincoln, in the
State of Wyoming
And also
Part of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 31 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 46 2/3 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 1 on the southerly edge
of said Block 31, running thence Northerly on a line parallel with Cedar Avenue, 140 feet;
Thence Easterly at right angles to said line, 46 2/3 feet;
Thence Southerly on a line 46 2/3 feet distant from and parallel to the alley in said Block
31,140 feet;
Thence Westerly on Agate Street 46 2/3 feet to the point of beginning
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our signature this 1 day of
