SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Ted R. Jorgensen and Cynthia L. Jorgensen, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation its successors and assigns, as
mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated April 16, 2004 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the
office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on April 19, 2004, at Reception No. 898639 in Book
552 at Page 782.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Assignment recorded: July 18, 2011
A s ignment recording information: at Reception No. 960109 in Book 769 at Page
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of GMAC Mortgage, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on December 13, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, GMAC Mortgage, LLC "Successful Bidder made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$158,634.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on December 13, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December
13, 2011, at Reception No. 962323 in Book 777 at Page 790.;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said GMAC Mortgage, LLC,
1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:

LOT 85 IN STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT 16,
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON
THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF.
with an address of 199 Alta Drive, Thayne, WY 83127
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to GMAC Mortgage, LLC, its successors and assigns forever.

Sheriff's Deed to be executed and delivered on the 05 day of
