The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: Wyoming Community Development Authority Assignment dated: June 23, 2006 Assignment recorded: June 30, 2006 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 919864 in Book 625 at Page 321 Assignee: Wyoming Community Development Authority Assignment dated: June 29, 2006 Assignment recorded: August 21, 2006 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 921533 in Book 631 at Page 22 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Wyoming Community Development Authority, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on December 6, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $174,607.17, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on December 6, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 6, 2011, at Reception No. 962232 in Book 777 at Page 504.; WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said Wyoming Community Development Authority whose address is P.O. Box 10100 Casper, WY 82602, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Lloyd 11 -14922 Page 1 of 2 001.85 LOT 4 OF BEAR HOLLOW TWIN HOMES SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON JUNE 20, 2000 IN THE OFFICE OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK AS INSTRUMENT NO. 866535 AND PLAT NO. 393. with an address of 270 Bear Hollow Circle, Thayne, WY 83127 Together with all improvements thereon situate and all fixtures and appurtenances thereto. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto belonging, to Wyoming Community Development Authority, its successors and assigns forever.
