Eldridge and Katrina G. Eldridge, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties The Lot Numbered Eleven (11) of the Block Numbered Forty -five (45) in the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded, together with all buildings and improvements thereon. AND, the northerly four feet (4') two (2) inches of Lot Numbered Ten (10) in Block Numbered Forty -five (45) in the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded. More particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at the Northeasterly Corner of said Lot Ten (10) and running thence southerly along the easterly boundary of said lot, a distance of four feet (4') two (2) inches; thence westerly parallel with the northerly and southeral boundaries of said lot 10, a distance of one hundred twenty -five (125) feet to the westerly boundary of said lot; thence northerly four (4) feet two (2) inches to the northwesterly corner of said lot; thence easterly one hundred twenty -five feet to the northeasterly corner of said lot, the place of beginning, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right -of -ways of record, of sight or in use.
