GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
LINCOLN DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company "Grantor
of 630 Shooting Star Drive, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) in hand paid, conveys and warrants to CORPORATION OF THE
PRESIDING BISHOP OF THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER -DAY SAINTS, a
Utah corporation sole "Grantee of 50 E. North Temple, 12th Floor, Salt Lake City, Utah
84150, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
See Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof (the "Property
TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or
in any wise appertaining thereto, including, but not limited to easements and rights -of -way over
adjoining property, which easements and rights -of -way are appurtenant to the Property, and all
of Grantor's interest in and to oil, gas, geothermal, and any other mineral rights, wells, and water
rights appurtenant to the Property, and all of Grantor's interest in and to any land lying in the bed
of any body of water, waterway or public street, public road or public avenue in front of or
adjoining the land, to have and to hold the salve in fee simple forever.
SUBJECT ONLY TO general taxes for the year 2012, local improvement districts,
guaranteed revenues to utility companies, building and zoning regulations, city, county and state
subdivision and zoning laws, easements, restrictive covenants, and reservations of record.

Tract 2: Easement as contained in recorded Deed in Book 546PR on page 888
including the terms and conditions contained therein and any incidental purposes.
