KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, TOWN OF STAR VALLEY
RANCH, a Wyoming Municipality, grantors of the County of Lincoln, and State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby
remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto STAR VALLEY RANCH
ASSOCIATION, a Wyoming Non Profit Corporation, grantee of County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
property, to -wit:
SEE "EXHIBIT A" ATTACHED HERETO MADE PART OF BY
REFERENCE AND INCORPORATION AS IF FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

personally appeared and was personally known to me, and after being dully sworn
and upon his oath, represented that he was the Mayor of THE TOWN OF STAR
VALLEY RANCH, that the instrument was signed on behalf of THE TOWN OF
STAR VALLEY RANCH, by the authority of the Town Council of THE TOWN OF
STAR VALLEY RANCH, and that he executed the foregoing instrument on behalf of
THE TOWN OF STAR VALLEY RANCH, and that this instrume t was the free act

A portion of the Town of Star Valley Ranch property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 940294,
in Book 699, on Page 197, and a portion of the Star Valley
Ranch Association property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded with Document No. 629478, in Book 222PR, on Page
702, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, located within the NW1 /4 of Section 31, T35N,
R118W, of the 6th P.M. being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a Point in the South Right -of -Way line of
Vista Drive, said Point of Beginning being 60.00 feet
S23 29'12 "E, on the Radial line, from the aluminum cap
marker, found 2 feet deep, marking the Beginning of a
587.219 feet Radius Curve, to the Right;
thence S23 29'12 "E, continuing along said Radial line,
100.00 feet;
thence S66 30'48 "W, perpendicular to said Radial line,
14.64 feet;
thence N15 09'33 "W 101.07 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
Encompassing 0.02± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Reservations, Rights -of -Way, Improvements,
including but not limited to Conditions of sight and or
record.
