Melody A. Stetzenbach, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations,
the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do remis, release and forever quitclaim
to John P. Stetzenbach, as his sole and separate property, whose address is 921
3rd West Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all right, title and interest in the following
described real property in the State of Wyoming, County of Lincoln:
Lot 2 of Block 1 of the Mower Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof, together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate
or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions and right -of -ways of record, of sight
or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
