WHEREAS, Donald R. Hutchinson and Janis C. Hutchinson, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for Bank of Jackson Hole its successors and assigns, as mortgagee,
the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated August 17,
2006 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the
County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on August 22, 2006, at Reception No. 921560 in Book 631 at Page
126.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC Home Loans
Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, acting under a power
of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell
the hereinafter described real property on December 20, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock
in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County
Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State
of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Bank of America, N.A., successor by merger to BAC
Home Loans Servicing, LP fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP
"Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described
real property in the sum of $83,000.00, and the said real property was then and
there sold to the Successful Bidder on December 20, 2011 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on December 20, 2011, at Reception No. 962414 in Book 778 at
Page 175.;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain

records of the County Clerk and ex- officio$egister of Deeds in and for Lincoln

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
