Valentine and Heidi B. Valentine, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for 1st Bank its successors and assigns, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated June 12, 2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 17, 2008, at Reception No. 939844 in Book 697 at Page 451.
